Kristina Volfova is an assistant coach of the Track and Field team at WKU. Volfova said she practices hard to keep her body in shape.

         “I have only one day per week of rest for my body,” Volfova said.

         Volfova said she doesn’t have any dietary restrictions, but tries to eat healthy especially before an upcoming race.

         “When I’m close to a race or competition, I’m trying to lose my weight because I’m trying to be light for the running,” Volfova said.

         Volfova said she doesn’t face any challenges when trying to maintain her body image.

         “I just practice, eat healthy and sleep enough hours,” Volfova said.

         Volfova is a 24-year-old senior majoring in sports administration from Prague, Czech Republic.
