The Campus Activities Board has announced lineups for the MASTER Plan and Homecoming concerts coming to campus this fall.

Country recording artist Luke Bryan will play at Diddle Arena on Oct. 20 as a part of CMT on Tour. Bryan’s current single is “Country Girl (Shake it for Me),” and his other hits include “All My Friends Say” and “Rain is a Good Thing.”

Bryan will be on campus during WKU’s Homecoming week, which runs from Oct. 17-22 and is themed “Geaux Toppers!” because of the football game against the Ragin’ Cajuns of Louisiana-Lafayette on Oct. 22.

In addition to Bryan, CMT’s 22-show Tailgates and Tanlines tour will also feature country artists Lee Brice and Josh Thompson.

Brice’s single “Love Like Crazy” was named the No. 1 country song of 2010 by Billboard, and he recently finished up Willie Nelson’s Country Throwdown tour.

Thompson’s album, “Way Out Here” debuted in the top 10 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums Chart and played with Brad Paisley last year.

Tickets will go on sale Sept. 9. According to the CAB Facebook page, student ticket prices will be $20 in advance and $30 at the door. Prices for other guests will be determined soon.

As a part of MASTER Plan, Rock-reggae performer Philip 7 and country trio Love and Theft will perform on South Lawn at 9 p.m. on Aug. 25. The concert is free and open to the public.

Philip 7 recently opened for R&B singer John Legend on tour. His top-selling song on iTunes is “Beautiful Surprise.”

Love and Theft opened for Taylor Swift during her 2008 tour. Top songs include “Runaway” and “Dancing in Circles.”
