Arrest

• Leslie Nicole Rafferty, State Street, was charged Wednesday with driving the wrong way on a one-way street, driving with a suspended license, and having expired registration plates. She was released the next day from Warren County Regional Jail on $600 unsecured bond.

Reports

• Sie Powell, Northeast Hall director, reported yesterday a large amount of water coming from the ceiling of the third floor kitchen. Bowling Green Fire Department arrived at the scene and found that the sprinkler system had activated, and contents of a trash can that had possibly been deliberately set.

• Ronald Burgett, Henson Road, reported Thursday a domestic dispute while dropping off his sister-in-law, Linda Hubbard, Old Temperance Road, at South Campus. Hubbard was approached in the parking lot by her ex-husband, Michael D. Hubbard, who she has an active domestic violence order against. No arrests were made.
