Arrests

• Jason Cisneros, Audubon Drive, was charged Saturday with speeding and operating on a suspended license. He was released from the Warren County Regional Jail the same day on a $315 unsecured bond.

uIneka Jau’nae Walker, Poland Hall, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication while in Poland lobby. She was released after five hours from the Warren County Regional Jail.

• Taylor Aloysius Lagrange, Franklin, Tenn., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence under 21. He was released the next day on a $560.85 secured bond.

• A juvenile was charged Sunday with alcohol intoxication in the first degree after he was involved in a fight at a fraternity house and had the odor of alcohol on him.

• Frederick William Strecker IV, Louisville, was charged Sunday with alcohol intoxication and possession of alcohol by a minor. He was released the same day from the Warren County Regional Jail on a $1000 secured bond.

• William David Shuman, Salem, N.J., was charged Thursday with criminal trespassing in the third degree and promoting contraband in the first degree. He was soliciting magazines on campus property and found with marijuana in his wallet. He was released from the Warren County Regional Jail the next day on a $5,000 unsecured bond.

• Brian Porter Victor, Gaithersburg, Md., was charged Tuesday with disregarding a traffic control device, driving under the influence under 21 and operating on a suspended license. He was released from the Warren County Regional Jail the next day on a $1,000 unsecured bond.

Reports

• Jared Espondiza Gallegos, Pearce-Ford Tower, reported Thursday that he and a man were having an argument when the man became angry, kicked him in the hip area, threw something at him and stood on his chest, causing him to have a seizure.

• James Michael Thacker, Morgantown, reported Thursday $92 stolen from his wallet in a cubical next to the weight room in Preston Center.

• JoeDan Benson Cline, Scottsville, reported Thursday his blue Nike backpack stolen from a locker next to the weight room in Preston. The items inside the backpack totaled $240.

• Daniel Craig Williams, Creason Street, reported Thursday $25 stolen from his backpack in a cubical locker next to the weight room in Preston.

• Jennifer Laraine Gregory, Poland, reported $557.23 stolen out of her residual check, which was cashed by someone other than herself.

• Stuart Wayne Payton, Patton Way, reported Thursday the theft of his wallet from a cubicle in the Preston lobby. The contents totaled $95.

• Hoyt Gleen Hickey III, Creason Street, reported Thursday his wallet stolen from his backpack at Preston. The contents totaled $80.

• James Ryan Sipes, Southwest Hall, reported Thursday $326 in damage to his 1995 Mercury Cougar parked on the fifth level of the parking structure.

• Ashley Forth Musselman, McCormack Hall, reported Sunday the theft of a $250 compact disc player and $200 in damage to her 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier.

• Jeremy Joseph Rowe, Crestwood, reported Sunday his CD player and two Alpine speakers, totaling $310, stolen from his 1991 Ford Ranger.

• Joseph Tyler Goodwin, Gilbert Hall, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana after he was found with a marijuana cigarette in his pocket. He was released from the Warren County Regional Jail the next day on a court order.
