• Rachel Smith Allen, Shady Cove Court, reported Monday the theft of her parking permit, worth $65, from her 1994 Buick Park Avenue.

• Robert Francis Long, Bee Spring, reported Monday the theft of his silver flip Motorola cell phone, worth $300, from the shuttle bus at the Campbell Lane lot.

Arrests

• Brittney T. Harrison, Louisville, was charged with receiving stolen property under $300 when she was found in possession of a stolen parking permit within her vehicle. No records of her were found at the Warren County Regional Jail.
