I object to the New Fraternity Village for several reasons:

1.The basic legal principle of universality requires that there be no privileged groups.

2.Fraternity as an organization includes the concept of class bias and privilege.

3.Use of public funding to support a privileged group is a violation of the “equal protection under the law” portion of the Constitution.

The protection of the campus would prevent adequate law enforcement in the Village.
