As the summer progresses, so does the demolition of Tate Page Hall, which started a few weeks ago.

Currently, the university plans to use the area for green space, with future plans to raise the funds and build a new college of business there, according to the Campus 2021-31 Master Plan.

Built in 1970, Tate Page Hall was home to military sciences, physical education, professional studies and several other programs prior to closing in 2019. The College of Education and Behavioral Sciences resided in Tate Page before moving to Gary Ransdell Hall.
