Tony Towery, 80, walks into the Bookstore in Horse Cave for a Thursday night jam session. For more than 15 years, Jammin’ on the Porch has taken place in the city of Horse Cave at various locations. Every Thursday night, a group of men varying from a retired teacher to a lifelong musician gather to play classic country, bluegrass and some of their own written songs.
