NBA Hall-of-famer and part-time DJ Shaquille O’Neal, who performs under the name “DJ Diesel,” is coming to Bowling Green to put on a show before WKU’s football matchup against the UAB Blazers on Oct. 21.

The concert was announced on the Houchens-Smith Stadium video board at halftime during WKU’s football game against Troy.

O’Neal, standing at 7-foot-1, calls himself the “world’s biggest DJ.” 

According to a release from WKU Athletics, the show will begin at 5 p.m. CT on South Lawn and fans are encouraged to wear black as WKU will be wearing its blackout uniforms.
