Bob Adams, affectionately known as Mr. A, is set to retire as Director of Student Publications after 46 years of service to the University. In 2008 Student Publications moved into the Adams-Whitaker Student Publications Center. The building was funded through alumni contributions and named for Adams and the late David B. Whitaker. Both were WKU graduates who served as editor of the College Heights Herald and as director of Student Publications. (2012 Talisman)
