TO THE HERALD: I believe somewhat of a retraction is in order. I “jumped the gun” in regard to my letter not being printed, although I am still concerned about the seeming censorship of parts of my letter. I would like to understand why this was done.I am pleased that you all at least saw fit to print it,however, though somewhat altered.
