This weekend the Department of Theatre and Dance will hold their annual fall dance concert. The theme this year is ‘Tis the Season.

The dances are all choreographed by WKU dance faculty and performed by the WKU Dance Company. The dance presents moments from the holiday season from Black Friday shopping to the Nutcracker. The choreography is a range of styles from classical to contemporary, including ballet, jazz, modern and tap dance. The concert is kid-friendly, with something for everyone.

The concert will also include a Toys for Tots toy drive to benefit children in need this holiday season. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for students and seniors, and $10 for children age 12 and under. They can be purchased online or at the door.

The final performances are taking place Saturday, Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 19 at 2 p.m. in the Van Meter Auditorium.
