The Toppers won the game but lost a player Thursday at Louisiana-Monroe.

Junior guard Caden Dickerson separated his right shoulder in the second half of WKU’s 65-54 win and will not play Saturday at Troy. He’ll be reevaluated early next week.

There is no timetable for his return at this time, men’s basketball spokesman Michael Schroeder said.

Dickerson missed almost all of last season with an injury to his left shoulder. He redshirted that year.

Dickerson averaged 3.4 points and 0.7 rebounds per game in WKU’s first seven games this year.
