McDonald’s tenure: By the Numbers

WKU’s statistics and other measuring numbers steadily declined during Ken McDonald’s tenure as head coach.

-After winning the Sun Belt Conference Tournament in 2009 and making it to the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament that year, McDonald 33-36 in the final 69 games of his career after going 34-13 in his first 47.

-Furthermore, the 12 home losses in the past year and a half are as many as the last six and a half years combined.

-WKU’s Rantings Percentage Index had fallen to 255 this season, more than 50 spots lower than last season and the lowest its been dating back to the 1998 season.

-11 players left the WKU basketball program early under McDonald’s watch
