Fans at Smith Stadium will see WKU’s new white uniforms for the first time in live action at 6 p.m. Saturday during the Toppers’ game against Indiana State.

The WKU-ISU matchup has been promoted as a “white-out,” with 3,000 white United Way shirts to be handed out at the gates.

Senior Associate Athletic Director Todd Stewart confirmed that WKU will participate with a white jersey and white pants combination on Saturday against Indiana State.

It will be the debut of the Toppers’ white uniforms, which were unveiled in August.

WKU wore a red jersey-white pants combination during its first two games this season.

The Toppers have seven other combinations from which to choose, including red, white and grey jerseys and pants.
