Arrests

#&8226; Jason Andrew Moch, Keen Hall, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia in the first degree and receiving stolen property. He was released from the Warren County Regional Jail the next day on a $5,000 surety bond.

#&8226; Zachariah John Ferrell, Owensboro, was charged Friday with harassment after a warrant was filed because he waited for his ex-girlfriend after class and cheerleading practice and left about 100 notes on her car.

#&8226; Timothy Nathaniel Swann Jr., Louisville, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released from the Warren County Regional Jail the next day on a $2,000 unsecured bond.

#&8226; Kody Wayne Taylor, Circle Avenue, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and wanton endangerment in the second degree. He was being held at the Warren County Regional Jail as of last night.

Reports

#&8226; Lindsay Erin Cecil, Gilbert Hall, reported Friday forgery in the second degree after a male signed into Gilbert Hall using another student’s ID card. The picture and last three letters on the ID card were scratched off.

#&8226; Elijah Daniel Gable, Park Street, reported Friday he was assaulted by two males around Chestnut and 14th streets.
