• Jason A. Greene, Shakermill Bend Road, was charged Friday with speeding in a restricted zone, careless driving and driving under the influence. No records were found at Warren County Regional Jail.

• Christopher N. Flanigan, Keen Hall, reported Tuesday a parking permit worth $65 stolen from his 1993 Ford Thunderbird parked on Big Red Way near the Preston Center.

• Nancy H. Carwell, Jones-Jaggers Hall, reported Thursday a Sony Mavica digital camera and Sony Mavica carrying case worth a total of $578.99 stolen from Jones-Jaggers. The serial number of the camera is unknown
