Arrests

•Melinda Gail Hardin, Stonehenge Avenue, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence and speeding. She was released the same day from Warren County Regional Jail on a $1,000 unsecured bond.

•Edward Anthony Contreras, Patton Way, was charged with alcohol intoxication. He was released the same day from Warren County Regional Jail on time served.

•Andrew B. Flowers, Lovers Lane, was charged Friday with DUI, driving with expired registration, driving without insurance and speeding. He was released the same day from Warren County Regional Jail on a $500 unsecured bond.

Reports

•Kelly A. Risher, Meredith Hall, reported Wednesday a skirt, worth $20, $10 in cash, her W-2 tax form and other items were not delivered to her campus address.

•Carolyn S. Powell, Northeast Hall, reported Wednesday a possible attempted arson in the third floor kitchen of Northeast. Deborah Gross, Building Services Attendant, found two burned paper towels on the rear burners of the stove and all four burners, as well as the broiler oven, on high around 9 a.m. Wednesday. There was no damage to the stove or the kitchen.

•A McCormack Hall female reported Wednesday receiving “alarming” material from an unknown male in Cherry Hall.

•Donald J. Spann, Morgantown Road, reported Wednesday his parking decal, worth $65, stolen from his 1997 Honda Civic parked in the Diddle Lot.

•Jamie K. Hartman, Minton Hall, reported a cell phone, worth $110, not delivered to her campus address.

•Leigh A. Kemp, Zacharias Hall, reported Thursday her parking decal, worth $65, stolen from her 1995 Toyota Corolla parked in the Pearce-Ford Tower lot.

•Forest Halford, WKU Bookstore, reported Thursday two textbooks, worth $404.50, sold back twice when they were supposed to be on the shelf as stock.

•Three fire pull-stations were activated at 12:01 p.m. Friday at the Institute for Economic Development. The scene was cleared by the Bowling Green Fire Department at 12:40 p.m.

•A juvenile reported Sunday an indecent exposure in the Big Lots Parking Lot.
