Thousands of US soldiers are prepared to leave the United States to go to Iraq. When Mr. Bush makes the clarion call for war they will leave this country knowing that they may sacrifice their lives defending our freedom.

Even though Mrs. Jaggers, Mrs. Garmon, and Mr. Stinson may be less than enthusiastic about going to war, but they should realize that no matter how much they protest that war is imminent.

War may be hell, but we should support our men and women in uniform because they are of a brave breed and we should support our friends not our enemies. If feminism is about “love and support of humankind” then love the defenders of our country. They’re putting their life on the line and we’re not.
