An additional four WKU Baseball players entered the transfer portal following Monday and Tuesday’s rush of entries, pushing the total to 14 Hilltoppers.
The departures come on the heels of the program’s Conference USA Tournament Championship victory, its first since joining the league in 2014.
Senior Lucas Hartman, who entered the portal on June 4 via @KendallRogers on X, was named to the All-CUSA First Team after his dominant season out of the bullpen, posting a 5-1 record with a 2.70 ERA in 18 appearances. The right-hander totaled 54 strikeouts and 18 walks in 46.2 innings.
Redshirt junior Carlos Vasquez announced his portal entry on June 4 via X. Vasquez was named to the All-CUSA Second Team after hitting .366 with 22 doubles, five home runs and three walk-off hits in 2025.
Junior Dawson Hall, who entered the portal on June 4 via @KendallRogers on X, appeared in 17 games, starting five for the Hilltoppers in 2025. The Bowling Green native had a 3.38 ERA with 31 strikeouts in 45.1 innings.
Junior Joe Siervo announced his portal bid on June 4 via X. Siervo started 34 games for the Hilltoppers and batted .268 with five home runs and 36 walks in 127 at-bats.
Junior Dylan O’Connell entered the portal on June 4 via X. He did not appear in a game for WKU in 2025 due to a hamstring injury. O’Connell has two years of eligibility remaining.
