WKU’s Potters College of Arts and Letters will be sponsoring the Bowling Green Hot Rods game on Friday, in honor of PCAL’s 60th anniversary.
When guests arrive, they can grab merchandise from the PCAL table, and 100 limited edition PCAL 60th Anniversary baseball hats will be available, Communications & Events Specialist Jessica Luna said in an email.
The game will also include Llama Night, where guests can meet llamas provided by the ballpark. A fireworks show presented by WBKO will follow the game.
“Back in September 2022, we sponsored our first BG Hot Rods game, and it was an absolute hit with our faculty, staff, students and alumni,” Luna said. “Since then, we have had countless requests to sponsor another game, so we decided our 60th anniversary was the perfect time to do it again.”
Gates at the Bowling Green Hot Rods stadium will open at 5:30 p.m. and the game will start at 6:35 p.m.
