WKU men’s basketball continues its two-game home stand against the Bethel Wildcats on Tuesday.
The Hilltoppers come off a win against Tennessee State on Sunday, 95-82. Redshirt sophomore guard Teagan Moore led the way with 20 points. Freshman guard Armelo Boone continued to contribute, finishing with 11 points.
The Hilltoppers have four players averaging double-digits, led by Moore with 19.3 points. It is a balanced rotation for WKU with four players playing 20-plus minutes.
WKU will be Bethel’s first Division I opponent of the season. The Wildcats are led by senior guard Chauncey Hughes III. Hughes is averaging 12.6 points per game, behind a season high of 27 points in a loss to Tennessee Wesleyan.
WKU will look to go 4-0 for the first time since the 2019-2020 season.
This will be the first time the Hilltoppers and Wildcats will face off. Tip-off is set for 6:30 p.m. The game will be streamed on ESPN+
