WKU Women’s Basketball returns home to host Florida Atlantic Wednesday night after two away games in Illinois.
The Lady Toppers fell to Illinois last Wednesday night 70-41, extending their losing streak to three. WKU snapped the streak Sunday with its first road win at Southern Illinois, 60-52.
The Lady Toppers have showcased a balanced offense with five players averaging over eight points per game. Senior forward Zsofia Telegdy leads WKU in rebounds per game with five.
FAU is 4-3 on the season after wins over Air Force and Wright State in the Thanksgiving Classic last week. Junior forward Vivian Onugha leads the Owls with 11.4 points and 7.1 rebounds per game.
WKU holds a 25-3 all-time record against FAU, with its last win in Jan. 2023.
Tipoff is set for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday night.
