The WKU Hilltoppers football team heads on to Feix Field ahead of their match with Troy on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022 in Bowling Green, Ky. WKU lost 34-27.

WKU Football is aiding Officer Matt Davis in his recovery, as the program is giving 10 dollars of every ticket sold to this Saturday’s season opener against South Florida to Davis and his family.

Officer Davis, a graduate of WKU, was shot in the line of duty during an incident that took place on July 6th. Davis remains in recovery, as the proceeds raised in the fundraiser are to help Davis and his family during his recuperation.

Tickets in the lower bowl are being sold at 30 dollars, while tickets in the upper bowl are being sold at 20 dollars. A link to purchase these tickets can be found here
