WKU’s Dieudonne named setter of the week second time in a row, program remains No. 15 in AVCA rankings

Fifth-year setter Nadia Dieudonne has been named C-USA’s Setter of the Week for the second week in a row.

Dieudonne has now been awarded the honor 13 times throughout her career at WKU. 

Dieudonne has been a part of the WKU Volleyball program for three seasons. She previously attended Sacred Heart Academy in Louisville, Kentucky and Xavier University.

She transferred to WKU as a junior, and has since been named a Senior CLASS First Team All-American, was named to the C-USA All Tournament Team and has picked up numerous honorable mentions and awards.

Dieudonne opened up the LUV Invitational this past Friday against Lipscomb with her first double-double of the season, tallying 45 assists, 13 digs, three aces and a solo block. 

Her next appearance will be in the Holiday Inn – University Plaza Invitational, WKU’s first home invitational of the year on Friday, Sept. 10 at 11 a.m. CT against Samford. 

The WKU Volleyball program remained in 15th place in the AVCA’s weekly rankings, still a program-best mark.
