Michael Dylan Payne, Staff Photographer
Michael Dylan Payne is non-traditional journalism and legal studies student at Western Kentucky University. He has worked with the Herald since 2020 and will be graduating in the spring. After graduation he plans on attending law school. This is his third semester with the Herald; instead of reporting, this time he is a photographer.
