Former Lady Topper basketball player Tashia Brown has signed a professional contract with A.S. Ramat Hasharon of the Israeli First Division and will become the third Lady Topper currently in the professional ranks.

Brown was the 2017-18 Conference USA Player of the Year and averaged 22.5 points per game last season. With Brown leading the way, WKU won its third C-USA title in four years.

Brown spent a portion of training camp with the WNBA’s New York Liberty. She will join Kendall Noble, who plays in Germany, and Alexis Govan, who plays in Greece, as the third WKU player playing pro basketball for the 2018-19 season. A.S. Ramat Hasharon finished last season with a 9-14 record.
