SGA voted to pass a bill that reestablishes the SGA Transcript Voucher Program during the weekly meeting on Tuesday. Bill 24-25-F, introduced by Legislative Operations Committee Chair Caden Lucas, will allocate $195 from the legislative discretionary fund for the purchase of 15 transcript vouchers to be given out in the SGA Office.

“It costs $13 to send one transcript from WKU to someone else, and that price stacks,” Lucas said. “The more people you’re sending a transcript to, the higher the price gets.”
Students will be eligible for one voucher a semester, which they can use in exchange for an official transcript from the Registrar’s office.
Two other bills were also passed at the meeting.
Bill 25-25-F will grant funding to establish a “Professor of the Month” award. Students will be able to vote via a form sent out in a student-all email.
Bill 26-25-F grants funding for new ping pong paddles and balls for the DSU recreation area.
