Briggs finished her career at WKU following a loss to Tennessee in the second round of the NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Tournament on Dec. 2.

One of Briggs’ strongest performances of the 2023 season came in WKU’s matchup against Western Michigan University on Sept. 16. She posted 35 kills and 36.5 points in the 3-1 win.

Over the course of her five years on The Hill, Briggs collected 4,455 total attempts, 2,180 points, 1,857 kills, 162 total assists and an average hitting percentage of .307.

The Michigan native is a five-time C-USA First Team All-Conference, five-time AVCA All-Region, two-time AVCA South Player of the Year and two-time AVCA All-American.

Briggs will join three former Hilltoppers in the pro volleyball world including Lauren Matthews, Rachel Anderson and Heather Boyan.

The Pro Volleyball Federation was founded in 2022 and will begin its first season in January of 2024.
