WKU mens basketball will have revenge on their mind Saturday, as the Hilltoppers host the New Mexico State Aggies for a senior day showdown.

The Aggies broke Hilltopper hearts earlier this season as a game-winning layup with eight seconds left deleted a 23 point Hilltopper lead and propelled New Mexico State to a 72-70 victory over WKU on Jan 18.

Luckily for the Hilltoppers, round two against the Aggies is at Diddle arena, a place that has hosted an 11-1 WKU home record. New Mexico State is still searching for their first away win of the season, sitting at 0-11 on the road.

Senior guard Femi Odukale has led the charge for the Aggies this season. Odukale, the only player on the team to average double digit points a game, is tallying 10.9 points, 6.3 rebounds and a block per contest.

Senior guard Jordan Rawls will make his return to Diddle Arena on Saturday. Rawls, who spent three years on the Hill, is averaging a team high 3.9 assists per game and ranks third in Conference-USA with a 1.69 assist/turnover ratio.

Junior guard Don Mchenry has been on a tear this season for WKU. Mchenry is the second leading scorer in C-USA, averaging 16.9 points per game. The guard has been elite all season for the Hilltoppers, but has been especially fantastic over the last three contests. The reigning C-USA player of the week is averaging 23 points over the last three games.

Along with the action, a pregame ceremony will take place to honor seniors Dontaie Allen, Brandon Newman and Rodney Howard.

Tip-off is scheduled for 3 pm CT and is available to watch on ESPN+.
